These terms cover your use of 4 U Songs. By ordering a song, you agree to them. We've kept them in plain language.

What we make

4 U Songs creates original, AI-composed songs — lyrics and music generated by artificial intelligence from the story and preferences you give us. Each song is a personal keepsake made to order. We're upfront that the music is AI-generated; the memories and details in it are yours.

Your story, your responsibility

You're responsible for the content you submit. By placing an order you confirm that:

• The story and details are yours to share, or you have permission to use them.
• You won't use 4 U Songs to create content that is hateful, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful, or that impersonates a real person in a misleading way.
• The song is for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We may decline or refund any order that conflicts with these terms.

Your license to the song

When your order is complete, you receive a personal-use license to your finished song, cover art, and video — to play, download, share privately, and gift. This license does not grant commercial rights (for example, paid advertising, broadcast, resale, or use in a product for sale). If you'd like commercial use, contact us first.

Preview, payment & free redo

• You can preview a watermarked sample of your song before you pay.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout.
• Love-it guarantee: if your finished song isn't right, reply to your delivery email and we'll redo it free. Because each song is custom-made and delivered digitally, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis — reach out and we'll make it right.

Delivery

Songs are usually ready within minutes; lyric videos and full albums may take up to 24 hours. We deliver by a private link sent to your email. Keep that email to return to your song anytime.

AI-generated content & intellectual property

Your song is produced using third-party AI music tools. The legal status of AI-generated works and the ownership of their outputs continue to evolve, and some AI music providers are the subject of ongoing litigation. We provide your song "as is" for personal enjoyment and make no warranty that AI-generated output is eligible for copyright protection or free of any third-party claim. You agree not to register your song as your own original copyrighted work or to rely on it for commercial purposes without your own legal advice.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

4 U Songs is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
